加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準(zhǔn)確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標(biāo)軸上的分量；另一方面，在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負(fù)90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預(yù)先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應(yīng)用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準(zhǔn)確反映物體的運動性質(zhì)。
美國Dytran的3583BT是一款I(lǐng)EPE三軸加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，靈敏度500mV/g，重27g，頻響低至0.25Hz，信噪比優(yōu)異，集成陶瓷剪切感應(yīng)元件。
The Dytran 3583BT is an IEPE triaxial accelerometer with a high sensitivity of 500 mV/g. Design of the model 3583BT incorporates miniature ceramic shear mode sensing elements, mounted to a single support and packaged in a welded titanium housing for a total weight of 27 grams.
Dytran 3583BT offers a low end frequency response of 0.25 Hz for excellent phase response at low frequencies. Units also have an electrical noise floor of 0.0002 g RMS, which allows for its excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
Units feature an industry standard 4-pin radial connector and stud mount and is epoxy sealed for reliable operation in dirty environments.
